“The Tuilleries Garden, in the Morning”, Charles Neal (born 1951).
This painting fills me with so much energy! Just by looking at it and I can sense the trepidation, the purpose, the drive of all the people on their way to work, school, or just from strolling in the gardens at that early hour; their incessant, fast, tumultuous footsteps on the pavement…and the morning has just begun!
Have you visited The Tuilleries? They are very beautiful! A perfect blend between ingenuity, nature, art and practicality. They are also very long but worth every step and every minute!
Charles Neal painted various aspects of it, during different times of day and seasons. He was also very precocious! By the age of 14, he knew that he wanted to be a painter and he was already enrolled in art school. He is still alive today and you can check other paintings of his here.
Do you have any paintings or works of art that fill you with energy and purpose? Please share them with us! :)
Happy Monday to you all!

Lovely painting!
We should stop once in a while to see the people and think how we look when we do everything everyday. I’m pretty sure we look like horses in the racetrack. :-)
We should learn from painters.
Hahahah! good point, dear Guillermo ;)
